was your 1st pinoy happening on da way to San Jose?"
Nancy: You know, the airport shuttle bus had a pinoy driber that noone
could understand - except por me. One girl got off the bus in total confusion,
but I felt like I was in a Makati Taksi the minute I heard "Where you goeeeng,
mam?". I replied, pointing with my lips "ober dere, to de hotel!"
Joe Quirino: "And watabout you Tisya?"
Tisha: When we got to the pre-reunion party of Dick Olson ('65) - aka
"Wheelchair Witchard" - we were greeted at the front door by this sign:

Matti & Alex: Joe, its like dis: we were arriving from Germany and
upon entering the US ob de A, we were greeted by an pinoy INS officer "welkam
to da United Stets ob Amerika!" 2 Swoops of his practiced arm (BOG! BOG!)
and our entry permits were "APROOOBED!"
Joe Quirino: "As 4 you Rrrrrad, what was yor 1st pinoy happening on
da way to San Jose?"
Rod: Well, i got on de airport "syatel bas" together with Aideen Connolly
O'Brien ('86) and dat bas was djam fak. Jes as de bas was libing, sambadi
sed "OK, who is prom American/International School Maynila?" And you know
what was so cool? EBRIBADI raised der hands! Just like in Ike Estallila's
class...
